Info? Scott custom built radio

Anyone knowing year of scott custom built radio was made? old FM band.
Says custom built on dial. I guess a vetsion of phantom, not a laurate.

There was an AM-FM Phantom Deluxe and an AM only Phantom made in the early FM days.
