We don't delete accounts. I can only suggest that anyone who is displeased with the forum, simply walk away and pretend it doesn't exist anymore.

Do you want to "start from scratch" to change your user name?...That and your reputation are about the only 2 things associated with your account that you can't change in the user control panel.

Sorry I didn't get back to you, I was going to ask Admin but I was pretty sure deleting everything is a no go.

Is there a reason you can share why you want to start from scratch?

It might be possible to change your user name, someone higher up than me would have to do it though.

Yup....accounts are not deleted.

Why would you want to? You joined in Jun 2002 so I'm guessing your account was one of the first 100 or so. I think that's pretty cool.:thmbsp:

You can request a name change. All of your old posts will remain intact. But you can only change your name ONCE!

This is a great site with alot of info. The same with its sister forum AudioKarma. The Admin /Mods are nice here and dont get carried away locking up or editing/deleting posts like some other known old TV/radio repair forum.I've been on forums with alittle or zero input from its Mods and its Admin as the users start and post taboo and forbidden topics on there and get away with it as all hell breaks loose with cyber fights with its users..

Hang on there.
