Where to buy color wheel for DLP projector?

I recently got a Panasonic PT-D3500U which made a racket when turned on. I opened it up and the color wheel has a big chip out of it, and is way off balance. Anyone know where to get a new one?

I see them advertised on ebay (didn't look for your model in particular though)

MCM used to sell them in their last catalog.

I think I had less trouble locating parts for 1960s televisions... eBay turns up nothing, and MCM is long gone. This was a $6,000 projector 13 years ago! The saving grace is I did get it for free. And my old CRT Runco does still work.

How about Dalbani down in Miami? I always thought they were kind of pricey but its probably due to the Miami real estate.

Do you know if they're in business? The website redirects to a godaddy account now.

I called their number listed in Google (305-716-1016) and the lady tells me they are still in business and the website is Dalbani.co (without the "m").
Good luck.

Got a pic? I've still got a few from some Samsungs and Mitsu, maybe they use the same glass.

But honestly, I can't recall ever seeing a Panny with a color wheel. Most of them were three panel LCDs
