Miniwatt OEM sets in Europe

Does anyone know anything about sets that might have been built under contract by Miniwatt? I have a GEE 3Z9 that I fully expected to be a standard US-design GE set with a stepdown transformer in it. When I opened it up I was quite surprised to see something...very different. It's a 6-tube hybrid set with Miniwatt stamped on the CRT, tubes, yoke, flyback, and a few other parts. This is a pretty common set (several are for sale online) so I'm surprised to find basically zero info online - especially a schematic.

I think this set was sold under other names in Spain - the Emerson Happy 12 is another one available in quantity that appears to be identical - along with Kolster and a few others.

I'd like to figure out if it has an "origin" model from Philips or someone else in another country that might lead to some service info.

Anyone have any ideas?
