Depth of field, sharpness, enhancement (detail) all can make non 3D picture look 3D. The first time I ever saw HD (the original) direct from a broadcast camera on a broadcast monitor, I think it was at NAB one year actually, you'd swear you were looking at 3D. Of course it was just a stunningly clear "normal" image. yea, normal ha!
