A lot of those early ones you could only find the name and model on the meters themselves. Here's an example of that:

I found out it a Readrite Model 700. Circa 1925.

Technically known as a “Set Tester”. You would remove a tube,plug in the tester to the socket,and then plug the tube in. You could then read out all the voltages present. The manufacturer may have put their name on the meters....can’t tell due to photo resolution
