Panasonic PT-xxLCX70 LIFI series LCD PTV
 

My brother has this Panasonic which he just loves. He does alot of gaming and likes all the inputs this thing has compared to most tv's sold now. He had a problem with it and sent the main power board down to me. He also gave me this link. I guess from the symptoms he is experiencing he narrowed it down to slide 23 on this link. I tested pin 6 and get 1.3V. Now according to the instructions you are supposed to disconnect the multiple cable to do the test. Would not having the board connected to the other cable CN1 alter my results? If not it seems he needs a new power board. Would an easy fix be just a recap? Any good place to buy a board?
