Picture Tube Tester

Can anyone help with finding a copy of instructions for a Lectrotech CRT-100 Picture Tube Analyzer?

When I bought it there was no paper work, I figured what the heck can't be that difficult to operate - wrong. Everything I check it reads as dead, filaments do light up when testing.

Appreciate any help.
Thanks

Do you have a picture of the tester, good enough so we can see the knobs? Perhaps we can puzzle it out.

I'll post a picture when I get back from my road trip.

Thanks

First, the gun selector should be in position "R" as this is the "B/W" position on all testers I've ever seen. If you're testing a color tube, though, there is a gun connected regardless of the position of the switch, but for B/W tubes there is nothing to test unless the gun selector is set to the position to which the gun's elements are actually connected (almost always the "R" position).
