Picked up 3 Tooob sets Ystrday...
 

...All for $75. One is a 7-tube-8 w/"eye" tube- Zenith shutterdial floormodel. The cabinet is already at my furniture refinisher's shop, the chassis, I cleaned up ystrday, & it looks very nice..I'll take it to Terry here directly. Then we have 2 Bakelite sets, A GE AM/FM set, & a 6 tube Zenith AM set, both of which are very dirty & rough, but have GOOD unbroken cabinets.

Sounds like you got a great deal! That Zenith is probably worth what you paid for all of them. Hope you get them going and we want pictures!

The knobs on the Zenith are worth more than $75.

Yeah, unfortunately, the only ones it has is the "bandswitch" knob, & another little one...But I DID get 2 boxes of Tubes that I haven't even bothered to look thru yet...

I'll have my cousin Don drop by with a big box for you to drop anything that you dont need into for me. He always has large boxes.
