Zenith Spirit of 76
Found this little gem at an estate sale. Only $2.50. Seems to work good.

Another nice catch. Sold tons of them for $140 IIRC.
Now I will bore you. Our shop was in Acton Ma. next to Concord. It was our minutemen that started the war at the Old North Bridge. So anything colonial sold like hot cakes. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Isaac_Davis_%28soldier%29 The minuteman on the TV is in Lexington. Anyhows Capt. Davis's death had one good consequence. Two years later his wife remarried to Sam Jones. They are my G-G-G-G- grandparents. So no battle, no Zeno ! 73 Zeno:smoke: |
I never notice before that these are styled like the Avanti.

Those came out in early '75. Or at least that's the first I saw of them, as we were not a Zenith dealer. Got one anyway for my daughter for her 10th birthday (13 March '75).
The set could run on AC or 12V DC. |
That was a good buy on the tv, but whats it sitting on. I'm probably way off but I guess 1968 f-100? Pictures please.
