We have to see that. For years I've been trying to find anyone that could prove they existed. So far the only sighting reported has been in the Philco brochure, but never a photo of a real one.
EDIT: Oh, maybe I've mistaken your find. I'm guessing you are just referring to a standard Philco Townhouse, and not the Predicta room divider Townhouse.
