Would be cool if it was an EMI - could've been either that or a Link. Was on Benny Hill marathon recently broadcast on an independent digital terrestrial station. The digital preserves the original camera picture quality, full horizontal resolution & noise performance (but some loss of vertical resolution on 480i broadcast).
Also the digital broadcast gives us the original camera colorimetry . Picture quality on Benny Hill varied from show to show but some studio segments were spectacular. Like one scene that had a modern chair w/ chrome rails -- very realistic w/ minimal specular bloom on hotspot.
