If its got fresh solder assume its bad, wrong value, backwards,
touching something or maybe a solder splash. Also watch the
controls, they break real easy.
When we got sets in that had been worked on, usually shotgunned
nobody wanted to deal with them. You rarely could get a
honest story from the customer either. You didnt want to
bad mouth another shop either. We had excelent relations & wanted
to keep it that way.
