PWM power supply
Im making a PWM boost converter power supply for my portable tube radios. The power supply actually works nicely, and I can run the whole radio on a 9v battery. (including D battery for filements).
Problem: the IRF510 doesnt hold out with 90v.
Does anyone have a good HV mosfet partnumber?
