She also gave me some old speakers. She asked if I wanted them before she took them to Goodwill. I took them. I thought they were just some old junk speakers. I had not seen the cabinet style before.
Turns out they are very nice vintage speakers. Knight KN-812 coax 3 way drivers in Karlson cabinets. After I cleaned them up, I put them in my den. They are truly wonderful speakers. I understand quite desirable in some circles. English made and seldom seen. The drivers look mint. Very musical, and without any colorization of the source.
