The CRT is a Hytron tube with a 1960 date code; but, unfortunately, it's nearly dead and no amount of cooking or rejuvenation will help.
Chances are the CRT is the original one. In the late 50's, the CRT would be labeled CBS Hytron, if it was a replacement.
