The HFH just acquired around five old homes in the larger city to the north of my place. They suffered from lack of maintenance and general neglect. None of them were real architectural gems, just workman's type homes. Some a little better than others, but none real valuable.
They're probably only going to build three homes in the same place, as the lots were small and the old homes were too close together.
