Here is a rough list of my favorites (judged by how much I have played or enjoyed each one), and the versions best-to-worst in order that I have played:

1) Robotron 2084 (Arcade, Atari 5200, Commodore 64, Atari 7800)
2) Q-bert (Arcade, Nintendo, Colecovision, Atari 2600 (poor imitation))
3) Pole Position (Arcade, Atari 7800, Atari 5200, Atari 2600)
4) Donkey Kong (Arcade, Colecovision)
5) Megamania (Atari 2600)
6) Frogger (Atari 2600) (occasional arcade play as well)
7) Ice Hockey (Atari 2600)
7) Space Invaders (Atari 2600) (occasional arcade play as well)
8) Burgertime (Intellivision)
9) Ms. Pac-Man (Arcade, Atari 2600)
10) Centipede (Arcade, Atari 5200 or 7800?, Atari 2600)

Comments on your list (Post #1):

1) MS. Pacman - Arcade
--That may be my most-played arcade video game, partly because it was far more common than Robotron or Q-bert.
2) Frogger - Arcade,Atari 2600
--My friends and I always played with the 2600 "wrap-around" option turned on, which made it much different from the arcade version (and easier).
3) Berzerk - Atari 2600
--Not a bad version, but the 5200 one is very good.
4) Donkey Kong - Colecovision,Arcade
--Me too.
5) Dig Dug - Arcade,Colecovision
--I never played this much, but I did play "Mr. Do" on the Colecovision a bunch.
6) Venture - Atari 2600,Arcade
--A friend had the Colecovision version of this; it was fun.
7) Ladybug Pacman - Arcade
--This one, I do not know. Ladybug was available for the Colecovision but I do not remember playing it.
8) Galaga - Arcade
--Lots of fun, better than Galaxian, and also very good on the Atari 7800.
9) Worm War I - Atari 2600
--I never played that one.
10) Space Invaders - Atari 2600
--My friends and I would have worn out this cartridge, if you could "wear out" a cartridge!
