If there is not enough remaining pieces of the base to super glue it back together, then you should obtain a replacement base, and carefully unplug the origional base. Then make note which wire goes to which pin, and unsolder each wire pin combo to gently get the old base off. Then carefully solder thiner guage wire on to the end of each wire, and thread the thinner guage wires through the new base and then slide the base up to the tube and solder the pins. test that it works, and then glue the new base on.
