Hi All;
I wasn't refering to the sound, even though now I can appreciate it.. It was the look, of the old style Busses..
The Bus in your picture on the left, the # 512 is mostly sort of the look I was refering to as the kind of Bus that replaced the older busses, except the sides weren't painted, and they had that aluminium siding look on the sides with the slanted windows.. And these were in Denver, Colorado..
