I believe you are correct. It's not too noticeable in the photo, but there is a Curtis Mathes badge on the CRT mask, and the control panel layout all but screams C-M.
The rabbit ears antenna may not be worth anything, as I think one of the "ears" (VHF dipoles) are missing.
If the antenna is intact, however, with both ears, then by all means grab it when you pick up the TV. This type of indoor rabbit-ear antenna, which was made by Spico, is not terribly common these days (it dates to at least the early 1950s), so if you can find one it will be a nice piece of TV history.
