It sure does
although its not too great on the highway here in Texas since it has a TH-350 three speed in it. Its wound up pretty tight at 65. I'm not very far from SH130 where the speed limit is 85 mph, but I have yet to take it over there yet since it still has old tires on it and I haven't gotten to do much work on it... I do wonder how it will do cursing at 85 mph for the 120 mile stretch of road I just don't think that will work out very well with that three speed...
