Any radio collectors have or seen the early 40's Zenith radios that have the molded bakelite chassis. the chassis was mounted upside down in the cabinet and it was rather trouble-prone. It didn't do Zenith's reputation any good!
As I understood, they were calling them back to the factory.
I has one of those but it works, a 1939 model 6D414 and the upside-down tube are not loctals either
