Eh, I'm not sure if an update to the underlying software is necessary. vBulletin is much lighter than its successor XenForo, and I take comfort in knowing I could probably post to this board from Netscape 2.02 on a god damn networked Macintosh. But upload limits are definitely an issue. A workaround I've found is to simply use an external image hosting service like imgbb.
