OK, I am convinced we have high voltage, without a high voltage probe I don't know exactly how much, it is enough voltage that through the rubber insulation around the front of the picture tube you can maintain a 1/8" arc holding a screw driver against the rubber, and close to the chassis. The TV will still only emit a very faint line across the center of the screen.
