They referred to that brick, in Milwaukee as "Cream City" brick. Still a lot of it around!

It was build around 1880-90 I believe. Walls are a full four bricks thick with no insulation.
I've heard it referred to as 'pink' brick around here. Reclaimed old brick sells for a quite bit.
