I rarely answer numbers I don't know. I keep getting calls from out of state numbers.
A few calls I have answered are robocalls, but they have some sort of voice recognition system, because it is clearly a recording and not a person on the end. But if you ask if it's a recording, it says "no sir, I am a real live person". And then says "Can we begin". But if you keep asking too many questions it just hangs up.
