Got the HV back and was able to acquire a leader lcg-400 fully working for $60. Now I feel as my horizontal and vertical hold have gotten worse with the patterns displayed even though I have recapped both the vertical and the horizontal board... I am also getting barber polling when I turn the color knob all the way up and fine tune. What is wrong here? Do I need to recap the boards or should I recap the main chassis?
