The radio looks like a pre-war model. Their pre-war models were made by several manufacturers. This one looks, like it could be an RCA built set.
If the original poster would include a model number, it could be looked up in Riders.
Once, Westinghouse was broke up with GE and RCA, they seemed to contract with other firms to build their products.
