Well, Chris, you have a neighbor a little farther over in Culpeper, VA, who also has a TV-37. I bought it used and working poorly in December of 1966 for $15 at one of the shops on NYC's "Radio Row". Those were the wonderful old used electronics shops that were demolished to make room for the World Trade Center.

I made some minor repairs shortly thereafter, and nothing has needed to be done to it since. It was still working the last time I turned it on. With that said, the past August it was caught in a flash flood in my basement. I immediately washed the red Virginia mud off the case and put it in my garage to dry. By some miracle the muddy water did not hurt the fiberboard cabinet. It presently is in line for its first ever restoration.

James.
