Found this script from Ed. Again, I do not believe it is on his site:

(I recall always seeing a big switching transient in the video as the network origination point was changed from the Brooklyn Studio to the Colonial Theater for these commercials. But ah, those luscious Kraft commercials -– you might need a napkin when seeing them. EHR)
