How do I fix this?

A violent storm hit my city, and parts of my house were flooded, unfortunately one of the parts hit was the room where I keep this 1972 Sylvania color TV. The TV is not working, but there was damage to parts of the cabinet. As you can see in the photos, the skirting board it has on the bottom is separating from the TV, specially on the right and left corners, but it also separated a little from at least one side too. The cabinet of this TV is made parts of particleboard and parts of real wood, the skirting board I believe is made of real wood. Is it possible to glue it back together somehow, and even more important, can I ( or a professional ) do it in my house, without me having to transport it to the woodworker shop? I would really hate to move this thing out of the house.
