331 is the EIA code for Sylvania - usually it's followed by a 3 diigit date code which is year/week so 826 would be 1948, June. Sometimes just changed quarterly. By the 60s they generally used 4 digit date codes, but not always. Check the electrolytics - I usually find date codes on =them.
