That's a clever set-up. I can't stress enough how worth it is to invest into a good AM transmitter though. I paid $200 at least 15 years ago for my transistor model and have used it almost daily ever since with no problems. I'm a big fan of old classic radio shows and there's nothing like enjoying them via the original equipment they were transmitted to!
