That's a bit of a bummer. "the roads are in such poor condition and they have to collect more road-use and fuel taxes" sounds like a bad excuse for poor management at the state and local levels. My big heavy pig of a truck costs less to renew, but I don't DD it for obvious reasons.

Maybe trade it for a 392 Challenger, because Smiles Per Gallon > Miles Per Gallon.
