If we go back to prewar sets, then RCA TRK-9 and -12 also had push-pull 6F6s for the sound, while GE prewar sets used one as the video amp.
Meissner kit literature also shows 6F6 for video amp but the few surviving sets I'm aware of use a 6AC7.
