Brief update:
I have a CRT and yoke in it now. The new 15GP22 is down to air, and the yoke mount bracket is someone's crude homemade imitation, but it is less incomplete now. If I can find a purity yoke, the HV cage components and gather enough parts to make a power supply I could probably make it work again (I'd have to patch it into the good 15G in my CT-100, but it would be better than just a prop).
I was able to clean the melted rubber gunk off the mask with rubbing alcohol at the cost of the paint... luckily the mask is just a sawed off CT-100 mask and I have a nice spare I got with the CRT that's in it.
