I have a SAMs set 1627 folder 2 and the parts list identifies it as an 2SC926A. Unfortunately the SAMs doesn't have Sony's part number for it. It's a Sylvania ECG 154, a RCA SK3024, or a GE-220. It is identified in SAMs as Q601.It is the error amp in the PS circuit. Looks like it ties to the 135VDC adjustment. Good luck.
