It could a Korean Daytron. Some of those weren't really that bad.
A Google search of Daytron revealed some similar matches...thank you for this! Haven't found an exact one though.

Might be, though I didn't see an R and was just looking at brands starting with S. Just looking at the list of TV brands on Wikipedia and then Googling them yielded a lot of cool stuff, even if I didn't find a match.

Every so often, the glue that held it on would dry out from the heat. You should be able to remove the back and look at the labeling on the major components, CRT, flyback etc.
I completely forgot to look at the back...shame on me, since that's how I found out that my KV-1201 is a KV-1201 (Sony badge on the front is missing).

I would remove the back but I'm afraid of messing it up...got another weekend of college and NFL football to watch on it soon
