Since the request is going public:

1) I have already volunteered to do the beer run on Friday, but since I will be driving a small rental car, anyone with a larger vehicle would be welcome.

2) I plan to take lots of pictures, as usual.

3) I and others (you know who you are!) usually randomly help with set demos; no problem making it "official." Biggest emergency I recall in the past was finding the breaker box when too many sets were powered up on one circuit.
