hi guys
partial good news. after disconnecting the white and green wire feeding the T2, and connecting the L45 the circuit did not break. so after connecting all resistors, now all capacitors are up and running. voltage about 10% higher across all the printed circuits.
so the predicament is the T2 shot or there is a problem with the vertical board.
this issue I hope is getting narrower.
