It probably has an output cable with an RCA phono-type plug. That originally connected to a TV/game switch that had a 300-ohm output. If your unit has the cable with RCA plug, you can buy an RCA-to-F-connector adapter and plug it into a TV's antenna or cable input, then set the TV to channel 3 or 4.

I cannot help with a service manual; you might need to look at the other controller (if you have two) for ideas.
