hi guys
update. step 1 L 45 (choke) removed from the system and the breaker did not trip. voltage at C1 was 440. sams stated 400. this is anew electrolytic. connected L 45 back. disconnected R212 and was about to trip the breaker. disconnected r213 and r214 and was about to trip the breaker again.
so the L45 is grounded. disconnected the L 45 from both points and non of the points close to ground. replaced the 45 and it continues with this issue. the l45 shows about 16.0omh(schematic 16.6)
