Those early Trav-lers were USA built.
I picked up a 1960 model Motorola, That has seven plug-in TI transistors.
Built on Augusta Blvd. Even that early, it uses Japanese 'lytics.
Model X16N, it uses a center tapped power supply, to eliminate the output transformer. It has a 39 ohm Quam speaker.
