I have seen 4x3 (or 5x4) monochrome of this size range used in teleprompter applications. Last one was purchased about 6 years ago, though. CNC panels are usually not this big, and usually color (though that's something you can work around...)
The arcade crowd has discussions about suppliers of new, and refurb devices like this.
