i would just recap it the paper one's if the can's look like they been leaking ,if it was me i would replace the lydics. cans, i never trust multiside caps, check over everthing for condition like trans see if anything been hot check all tubes, i try to even check as many resister's as i can without unsoldering then power it up then see if needs anything else. im sure you need to clean and inspec all contact switches / clean pots to .
