Vectrex HP-3000 Dead Logic Board
Got an old Vectrex HP-3000 in my shop right now, it powers up but has no audio or video. All voltages going to the logic board are good but the logic board is just not doing anything.... any ideas?
I 'm wondering if it might be the CPU crystal.
