The wires that come out the front with alligator clips are missing. They are for the gun killer switches on the front panel. I always found them to be in the way and I never used them so on mine they were all cut off. If crt bias is set correctly you can just turn the screen control all the way down and do the same thing without connecting the clip leads. Also the battery meter in the upper right corner is missing it's cover. Also common. I loaned mine to an instructor years ago in the early 80's and never got it back.

Thanks for the info. I noticed the damaged meter as well. I am planning to build a small regulated ac supply for it since it used oddball Mercury batteries that are no longer available.
