For openers, you could just tie it to the second anode voltage, which makes the tube a mono accelerator. Depending on what you are trying to view, that might be adequate.
Keep in mind that as you increase the voltage, the deflection sensitivity will decrease... you will get a brighter but smaller picture.

Well this is an oscilloscope clock so I may be limited with voltage on the second anode.
