The chassis is the same as the CVM 3000 commercial grade monitor.
That console is on my list of grail sets for sure!
By the way it weighs 510 pounds.
If anyone is lucky enough to acquire one, be very careful when moving it; if the console is tipped too much (like going on a ramp etc.), the tama wood will be ripped off the bottom sides of the cabinet. Not something to entrust to just any amateur mover!
Also, do not use a variac on Sony Trinitron sets; under about 90 volts they can be severely damaged !
